COVID-19 Update

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic there may be some delays to the shipping of your products. We will still be dispatching items within the timeframe below, however the shipping time (especially international shipping) may be increased. Aus Post is unable to give exact time frames, however you can see an up to date look at their most recent estimates below:

Shipping

We know how exciting it is to be waiting for your new activewear and we work very closely and effectively to ensure that you receive your new favourite pieces as quickly and safely as possible.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order.

All orders will be picked and packed from our warehouse within 1-2 working days from the day your order was received.

You will receive a second email with the tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

At Aura Collective, we use Australia Post to ship all orders.

Orders over $150 AUD will receive complimentary shipping.

Domestic Shipping Rates (within Australia)

  • $9.95 Standard Shipping
  • $14.95 Express Shipping

International Shipping Rates

  • $25 Standard Shipping

Please note that while it is our priority to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, due to the current COVID-19 situation, Australia Post is experiencing slight delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your new Aura Collective products just as much as we love creating them for you. We understand that sometimes it takes more than one attempt to get your perfect fit and style. So whether you require a different size, style or colour, we have got you covered and here is our commitment to you.

Change of mind policy

We accept returns and exchanges for full priced items only.

If, for any reason you change your mind regarding your purchased item(s), you can return them within 21 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • There is no damage, perfume fragrance or markings on the product(s)
  • Proof of purchase must be sent with the product(s) being returned.

Please note that for change of mind returns, the cost of shipping is not covered by Aura Collective. 

How do I Return an Item?

Please follow the steps below to process your return:

  • Print and fill in our Returns Form
  • Pack your returning item(s) in their original condition along with the Returns Form, and proof of purchase and post it via any Australia Post.
  • Please ensure you obtain a valid tracking number as all returning parcels are the responsibility of the consumer until received by Aura Collective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your return.

If you are exchanging for a different product/size/colour, we will process this for you and send you a separate email notification once your new item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Non-refundable Item(s)

We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards or sale items for change of mind. We only offer exchanges and store credit in these instances. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email if your request for a refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.  Please allow 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect back into your account.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately of the item is damaged, defective or you have received a wrong item so we can evaluate the issue immediately and rectify the matter. Please ensure all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.
